Life As A Trainer/Coach/ Martial Arts Instructor(the blessing)
Just a little motivational thought today for those of us who live this hard but blessed life. Also for those thinking about getting in to it. It’s not about the money baby! I’ve been blessed to fight for a living early on but that isn’t always great financially either. I’ve done well with pr and do well training but it’s not going to make you a billionaire. It is going to bless you!
Through full contact karate pro fights, Muay Thai pro fights and later sport karate the love of it drives. The love of training, pushing and doing better. That love cascades over into teaching. Training pros is great. What is better is seeing people get better. To know your living is about helping people change their lives and become better. Imparting knowledge while imparting bruises! That is the gift and blessing we get as trainers. Whether you were a competitor or just teach, we are brothers. We are blessed to do this and have it be our life. Sometimes pushing through the aches and pains of this life, we live a life many dream of. Sweating and working out for a living. Having people look up to you. NEVER FORGET that!!! Enjoy the ride. Enjoy the lifestyle. Now go train!
The Beach(no other title is needed!)
Just for fun I’m going to post pictures of beach shots I’ve taken on various trips. I relax on the beach. Write on the beach. Train Muay Thai and other martial arts on the beach and relax with my fighters there. It’s a place my wife and I Just finally calm down and be(maybe with a cocktail). It’s a place my mind goes if I need to escape for a minute (somebody just elbowed my head in the ring lol). Use these pictures to get there. I won’t muck them all up with more words you don’t really care about. Nature says it all
Vegas Random Unusual Shots ( things I shoot as background)
Sometimes as I dig through pictures for work, I notice how many random background shots I’ve taken. On second viewing, some of them are pretty cool. They give you feel for just being there. As you know, I’ve done several posts on just random walks. I feel it gives you a better idea what a place is like and about. You learn and some of my best adventures come that way.
This piece is almost more in the way of outtakes but they still give you that same idea. As travel/lifestyle/ martial arts blogger I’m all about trying to get you to experience things and places. See and feel it here and then hopefully go there yourself. At least get motivated to go somewhere new or view old things in a new way. My family laughs at how many random pictures for work. My wife doesnt now as she has see the success from my goofiness here and in our other social media. Lots of random pictures. I hope you get inspired to wander around and see new things by these posts.

Training Gives You A Positive Mental And Physical State (find something you want to try today!)
Life can be tough. It often is. Job, financial and relationship stress can be a killer. When that happens and you don’t have a release and a fighting/coping system that you use,things are going to go south fast. Add in health problems that crop up and the stress will make health worse! It will make it all worse!! What do you do? Is there something that helps? Yep, at least for me and you have nothing to lose trying it. Before we go on, mine is martial arts but training at any activity helps. While I hope yours becomes martial arts ( join Team Transcend Today!!! Lol) anything you get a physical/ mental benefit from training at is good.
When you work at building skill, you also build outlets for stress. You build mental and physical strength through doing so. Besides the obvious health benefits of being in better shape, the overall health benefit is well being. Mind and body. You handle things better because you’ve put yourself through things. You handle things better because your trainer has put you through things. That gives you an advantage. It gives you a strength others do not possess!!!!! What more can I say. It makes a huge difference in your life! Get on it now. Change your level of success. Change your health. Change your enjoyment of life.
If you want to make the change today, find something you want to train at. An activity you’ve always wanted to do. Don’t wait. Start now. If I hadn’t, I wouldn’t be here ( story in earlier posts).
