Because doing those things is what got you here!  Because doing those things is how you live the life you are able to live. The freedom. The ability to take care of your family and friends. The ability to travel and see things. The fitness and skill set to keep your students watching and learning. The motivation that keeps you from sliding backwards in your lifting reps. The way that your business maintains clients and brings in new ones evey dang day!  These are the reasons to do it all. Your life you worked for is the reason you never stop pushing. You pushed harder than others when it was hard, when it was painful and when it wasn’t profitable. It is why you succeeded. Keeping it up is why you’ll keep that life!
